Well. Week two is over and I suck. Ok, not really. I was totally, 100% on plan all week. In fact, I didn't use all of my weeklies. Most of them, but not all. I gained 1/2 pound. Apparently, that is most likely the result of my upping the exercise. Something about your muscles retaining water...
The body is a funny thing, folks. What can I say?
I am still 1/2 lb ahead of where I would have been if I had only lost 1 lb last week and then another lb this week, so I am OK with it. What justification?
I did meet my mini-goals, though. I tracked everything, and walked 2 laps every day. Well, except for today, when we have torrential rain all damn day. I will make it up tomorrow, when we have a high of 41°. In March. In Mississippi. Crap.
Goals for next week will be the same. I'm nothing if not

you are doing great--know what you mean it's frustrating sometimes to be working "as hard as you can" and following the points/meal plans and then see your body just won't shed those pounds or actually add weight....know what u mean....can't wait till this weekend-it's so hard for me to get out and walk somedays with the dog-kid-grumpy husband LOL so I'm getting an exercise bike this weekend-sooo excited about it!

I "started" South Beach last summer and lost 25 lbs, and I still do it as maintenance. I think it is really the healthiest way to eat normally. I'm gonna try to search and see what you're doing, but I wanted to comment in case I couldn't access again ... lol
